Insurance
We’ll gladly file your insurance claim following receipt of your copay, which is due at time of treatment. Our office personnel will work with your insurance company to expedite processing of your claim. Please be aware that you are responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact our office if have you not received your dental insurance benefit within 30 days of submittal.
Medical Coding
SDHW provides medical coding for all dental procedures for qualified medical conditions. Medical plans that have dental coverage may cover procedures that qualify for certain dental conditions related to accidents, disease, or other medically born illnesses. The coverage for dental is insurance plan specific and verification may be required to provide this service.
