We are a contracted provider with most insurance companies with exception to Delta Dental in which we are a premier provider only.

We accept most Part C - PPO Medicare Dental plans. We do not participate with HMO’s or Medicaid plans.

Are there any waiting periods that must be satisfied? (Meaning you must pay for and hold the plan for a certain amount of time before they offer any coverage on restorative services.)

Is there a missing tooth clause? (Meaning they will not offer coverage for any areas where a tooth was already missing before you acquired the plan.)

What is the yearly maximum? (This is how much insurance money you’re allowed for the year. Plans have varying amounts.)

What is the yearly deductible? (This is how you must pay out of pocket before insurance begins paying.)

We are currently looking for an associate dentist for our practice, once we have found a dentist that fits our practice needs, we will open on Fridays.

We do perform 3rd molar extractions depending on case complexity and nerve location. Some cases will need to be referred to an oral surgeon for the health and wellbeing of the patient.
